Welcome to NPA Proxy Bids™
We are pleased to announce the launch of NPA Proxy Bids™. Dealers can now place proxy bids for live auctions units through the auction item preview page. NPA's new proxy bid system eliminates mistakes caused with pen and paper and increases dealer efficiency by allowing dealers access to their proxy bids through their Online Account. From the proxy bid page dealers have the ability to view, edit, and cancel each proxy bid submitted. All proxy bids placed will automatically bid through NPA's Simulcast system until the vehicle is won, or the max proxy bid amount has been reached. Standard Simulcast Fees are applicable to all vehicles won via NPA Proxy Bids. If you have any additional questions please contact NPA Dealer Support at 888-292-5339, ext 923308.

Proxy Bid Requirements:
- The vehicle must be registered in a live auction
- Dealer must have access to the channel in which the unit is being offered.
How to Add a Proxy Bid
To add a proxy bid you must first log in using your valid dealer login credentials. Once in, navigate to the simulcast item preview page. While reviewing units, select the vehicle you would like to put a proxy bid on by selecting the "- New -" link. Once the page has loaded, fill in the required information and press submit.
How to View your Proxy Bids
To view a list of your proxy bids visit "My Account" and then select the Proxy Bid button under the Account Management table.
Once you have clicked the Proxy Bids button the Proxy Bid page will load with all your proxy bids. To look for specific proxy bids enter in the date range in the above search fields.
Proxy Bid Notifications
You will be notified via email for all won, lost, and out-bid proxy bids.
