Summary of Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Represenative to join our team and continue to expand our growth. Ideal residence will be near our Cincinnati facility. The ideal candidate must reside and have dealer experience in the region.
If you are tired of the retail grind and looking to stay in this amazing industry while enjoying your much needed weekends off, then this might be the position for you. Hours are set at 9 - 5 M - F, no more staying after hours to try and close a customer on a payment before the banks close. No more putting on a happy face in fear that the customer might give you a terrible Yelp review because you couldn't throw in a helmet. We are an auction house built for dealers by dealers. We deal directly with dealers, not the public. We need someone that understands dealerships and can help assist these dealers to get rid of their unwanted inventory.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative position is a highly visible sales position responsible for maintaining our clients as well assisting in new client development. The Inside Sales Representative is a specialist who will build long-term relationships in the Powersport industry and work closely with our sales, administrative, and operations departments in order to achieve the region’s goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of current dealer consignment business
  • Maintain current understanding of Powersport sales to validate credibility and trust with dealers
  • Frequent correspondence with Powersport dealers assisting in their wholesale inventory
  • Work closely, and at the direction of the regional sales managers to maintain and build additional business
  • Understand the sales and operational challenges for dealers and provide solutions to assist them in inventory management and cash flow
  • Proactively penetrate and radiate in existing accounts in region and increase consignment business by analyzing current dealer inventory statistics and growing monthly dealer consignment allocation
  • Understand the seasonal and regional trends as opportunities to grow the business
  • Manage auction day responsibilities ensuring that dealers are provided with a world class level of service
  • Coordinate with our transportation department for inbound and outbound vehicles
  • Continually update knowledge of the Powersport industry by studying current events, and competitive market dynamics

Requirements:
  • Must reside near NPA location and have powersport experience in that region. (please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement, Automotive is not Powersports, you will be passed on immediately without direct motorcycle industry experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Frontline response to inbound phone calls and online customer inquiries.
  • Communicate via phone and text to gather details such as motorcycle mileage, condition and title information.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers about motorcycle values.

Summary of Position:
The Transportation Administrative Assistant works with a team in order to take incoming information and route it through our system and assign carriers based on location. Each assistant is responsible for a specific territory and list of carriers. This position is instrumental in optimizing NPA’s transportation network and enables a fast, efficient, and cost effective supply chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to customers as it relates to the routing and delivery of powersports related products.
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely manner. This includes phone calls, data entry, and problem resolution.
  • Work/communicate with Carriers to facilitate the timely delivery and/or re-routing of units to their intended destinations
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery status of their inventory

Job Description: Motorcycle/Powersport Warehouse Operations, includes but is not limited to, Receiving and Deliveries, Condition Reporting of vehicles, Detail services, Vehicle inventory, Fork lift operation, Auction preparation.

Basic Employee Responsibilities:

The position of a Marketing Representative consists of contacting and notifying dealers about upcoming auctions and events. The job also requires writing emails, managing accounts, receiving inbound calls, and marketing services we offer. We are non-scripted and thrive on building a friendly, but professional relationship with all of our clients.
