About Simulcast
Can’t attend our auctions in person? No problem! NPA's Simulcast service allows you to participate ONLINE in real time as if you were there. All you need is a computer with speakers, an Internet connection and our easy-to-use bidding software program, which is FREE to download and simple to install.
Bidder Qualifications
NPA allows any pre-registered and approved dealer to participate in our simulcast sales, just like for our online e-sales. You must meet all our standard dealer criteria, and you must request an online bidding account. If you are a new customer, we will review your registration information and then activate your account once you have been approved.
Here’s how it works:
1) Register as a dealer with NPA to establish your Online Bidding account with a User Name and Password.
2) Download our Simulcast Control Kit software from the link on the Installation Page. For the best experience, you should have speakers on your computer and a cable or DSL Internet connection (not required but preferable).
3) Prior to the auction you plan to participate in, visit the Preview Page to preview the units that will be available for online bidding. (Note: not all units in each auction are available for purchase online.)
4) Log in on the Simulcast Login Page on the day of the auction (starts at 8am in each location’s time zone). Go to the client bidding screen and watch for the units you wish to bid on. Watch the asking price on the bid screen (you can also listen for it if you have speakers). Click the Bid button whenever you are willing to bid the asking price. The bid amount will automatically change as other people bid on the auction floor or online.
5) When the auctioneer closes the sale for each unit, you will know if you are the high bidder. Congratulations on those you win!
6) Upon successful completion of dealer registration and receipt of username and password dealers can access the dealer portal and download their invoice. ***Note: invoices are available via dealer portal the Monday following the auction. Terms
NPA's Simulcast sales are subject to the same terms and conditions as our regular auctions – meaning everything is sold as-is and where-is, buyer fees apply, payment must be made the day of purchase, outbound shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, etc. (Click here for our standard online terms and conditions.) In addition, NPA charges a $25 simulcast convenience fee for any units purchased online.
